Overview

Contracts are in many ways leaps of faith. They are signed and put into motion before knowing precisely what the end-product will look like. Before the ink dries, the best one can do is offer an estimation or prototype, but rarely a guarantee. Organizations that excel at reinforcing trust are able to demonstrate to consumers that they intentionally cultivating an ethical workforce. This impact multiplies when they can demonstrate that they are part of a larger community of practice dedicated to organizational ethics.

In fact, organizations that proactively develop vibrant, ethical cultures are enjoying numerous competitive advantages, including: winning and retaining top talent, increasing productivity, improving performance, and inspiring innovation. Dr. William Brendel will join us to talk about the opportunities and costs associated with developing an ethical culture. In his presentation, Dr. Brendel will also discuss the way the Millennials views ethics, and how understanding their perceptions is very important to your bottom line.
