Code of Conduct

The Minnesota Subcontractors Association (MSA) is committed to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment and a culture that embraces and encourages different perspectives. All attendees, speakers, organizers, volunteers, partners, vendors, and staff at any MSA event or interaction are expected to observe the following Code of Conduct.

MSA is dedicated to providing a harassment-free and respectful experience for all regardless of a person’s individual characteristics and circumstances, including race and ethnicity, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, economic status, national origin or immigration status, or religion. We do not tolerate harassment, discrimination, disrespect, or the marginalization of those involved in events or interactions in any form.

Any individual who feels harassed, discriminated against, disrespected, or marginalized is strongly encouraged to speak up in the moment or report the incident(s) to Executive Director Jen Wothe to create the environment all of us deserve.

By participating in an MSA event, you agree to this Code of Conduct and are assuming all risks related to COVID-19 and other illnesses.
